Rotate every page of your PDF — or a hand-picked selection — by a custom angle (not just 90° / 180° / 270°). Perfect for fixing crooked scans, dialling in exact tilts and lining up forms before printing. All in your browser.

Processing...
Drag a PDF onto the upload zone or pick it from your device. The file is processed locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
Select which pages you want to rotate (all, a range, or a hand-picked list) and enter the exact angle in degrees — positive values rotate clockwise, negative values counter-clockwise.
Click download to get a brand-new PDF with the selected pages rotated by your chosen angle. The source file stays untouched on your device.
The regular Rotate PDF tool snaps pages to 90° increments (90, 180, 270 degrees). The Custom Rotate tool accepts any decimal angle — 0.5°, 5°, 45°, 73.2° — which is what you need to straighten crooked scans, line up forms with a target template or build artistic layouts.
For 90° / 180° / 270° rotations the dimensions swap predictably. For arbitrary angles, the rotated content is placed onto a slightly larger page that is big enough to contain the tilted content without clipping; you can also crop the result with our Crop PDF tool if you prefer tight bounds.
Yes. Use the page selector to apply the rotation to a single page, a range (1–5, 10–12) or any custom list (3, 7, 9). Untouched pages are left exactly as they were in the original document.
No. The rotation happens locally in your browser using pdf-lib. Your PDF and the rotated output never leave your device, which makes the tool safe for legal forms, financial documents and personal scans.
Yes — if your goal is to straighten a crooked scan automatically (no manual angle), try our Deskew PDF tool: it measures the skew of each page and rotates it back to horizontal without any user input.
